Local nonprofit that's making an impact Collective Impacts Foundation Corporation (CIFC) drives to end hopelessness in the face of gun violence. Partnering with the local county council and municipal leadership joined by activists across the DMV to combat gun violence among our youth offering 5 programs per year.
